This job is for an Operation Intern who will assist in managing day-to-day operations, verify information, update trackers, and ensure compliance.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing the day-to-day operation matters including disbursement checking (monitoring of pre-disbursement conditions and post-disbursement conditions) ensuring all standards and requirements are met.
Perform verifications with paymasters and suppliers.
Record verification site-visits, ensuring site-visit verification reports are delivered, and scrutinize the reports provided ensuring they meet the standards and requirements placed.
Ensure trackers (collateral monitoring, contract trackers, etc.)
are up to date.
Responsible for loan disbursement to ensure deliverables are achieved within the service standard.
Help with data maintenance by compiling, creating, and updating data in the database and system to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
Perform disbursement checking and ensure that all documents are accurate, completed, in order, and in compliance.
Follow up on operational matters and ensure all actions have been taken and completed by related parties.
Undertake various special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
Job RequirementsPursuing a Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changes in operation processes, technology, and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
