Operation Manager

Responsibilities- Assist Operation in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers- Coordinate daily output operations- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives- Monitor and maintain production inventory- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best- Coach and support new and existing staff- Create reports, analyze and interpret the production data- Make sure all employees adhere to company's policies and guidelinesRequirements and skills- Proven experience as a Assistant Manager or similar position- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports and spreadsheets- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)- Leadership and organizational abilities**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Day shift
