Operation Manager (Offshore Catering)

Manage and oversee the food service operations.
Lead & supervise a team of F&B staff.
Administer staff records and submit reports to the immediate supervisor.
Manage, build, and maintain cordial relationships with customers and clients.
Accountable for food cost management, menu planning, and the development and creation of new product needs.
Responsible for the running and supervision of food preparation to ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered to clients.
Ensure that the operations team adheres to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards as set in our HSE requirements.
Implement Kitchen Planner & Inventory system for own outlet and perform central ordering system.
Schedule rosters and handle other ad hoc responsibilities.
Perform paperwork duties.
