Operation Manager - Pest Control

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Oversee and coordinate daily field operations, including pest inspections, treatments, and preventive measures.- Utilize knowledge of pest biology and behavior to determine the extent and type of pest problems.- Supervise and support field technicians, providing guidance on pest control techniques, safety protocols, and customer interaction.- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness of pest control treatments.- Stay informed about local and federal regulations related to pest control to ensure that all operations adhere to legal and environmental standards.- Generate regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics, challenges, and improvement opportunities.- Collect and maintain accurate records of pest inspection findings.- Prepare detailed reports for clients, documenting pest issues and recommended solutions.- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions for process optimization.- Conduct training sessions on new pest control techniques, safety procedures, and industry best practices.**JOB REQUIREMENT**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., entomology, biology) or equivalent practical experience.- Proven experience in pest control operations, with at least 1 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role.- An eye for attention to detail- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Training will be provided to those who have no experience and eager to learn.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed**BENEFIT**:- Career Advancement Opportunities- Government Contribution such as EPF/SOCSO/EIS- Guide from Professional Trainer- Annual Leave- Medical claim- Travelling claim- IncentivesPay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- OPERATION MANAGERIAL: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)- MALAY (preferred)
