Open Position: Operation Manager (Renowned Insurance Company) A Renowned Insurance Company is currently hiring Operation Manager to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include: Holder of bachelor's degree or advance degree in business, Operations Management or related field.
More than 5 years' experience in insurance and three or more years of expertise in one or more of the following areas: claims fraud, procurement fraud, risk assessment.
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with senior stakeholders.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures.
Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Excellent communication skills, Leadership ability and organisational skills.
