Operation Senior Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sales to existing and new customers.
Utilized the logistic IT to optimize procedures.
Monitor latest developments and challenges in the market and assist the Manager/Management on market strategies.
Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials or equipment to meet customers' needs.
Communicate with suppliers and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
Plan and track products according to customers' needs.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Directly report to HOD of business development.
Analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Requirements
Three (3) years and above of working experience in a similar position.
Experience in customer service is appreciated.
Able to work with multi-tasking.
Must be computer literate.
Able to work independently, self-motivated and well-organized.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; mature, dedicated, and responsible.
Able to start ASAP.
