Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing policies, managing teams, and ensuring efficiency across all departments to achieve strategic goals and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:



-Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.


-Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department to ensure seamless workflows.


-Monitor employee and team performance, providing coaching, training, and constructive feedback for continuous improvement.


-Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet the organization's strategic objectives.


-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.


-Implement quality assurance measures for products and services while monitoring production KPIs.


-Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction by addressing operational inefficiencies.


-Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.


-Manage supply chain processes, including inventory management, production, sales, and sourcing.


-Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.


-Report on operational efficiency, key metrics, and adherence to quality standards.


-Provide training and coaching to team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Qualifications and Requirements:



-Education:



-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related professional qualification.



-Experience:



-A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, with a proven track record in operations management or a similar role.



-Skills and Competencies:



-Strong time management and decision-making abilities.


-Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.


-Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve KPIs and organizational goals.


-Proficiency in English and Malay (spoken and written).


-Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of management.
