Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing policies, managing teams, and ensuring efficiency across all departments to achieve strategic goals and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
Manage day-to-day operations, overseeing the operations team and department to ensure seamless workflows.
Monitor employee and team performance, providing coaching, training, and constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet the organization's strategic objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Implement quality assurance measures for products and services while monitoring production KPIs.
Enhance customer service quality and satisfaction by addressing operational inefficiencies.
Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Manage supply chain processes, including inventory management, production, sales, and sourcing.
Optimize workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Report on operational efficiency, key metrics, and adherence to quality standards.
Provide training and coaching to team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Job RequirementsQualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related professional qualification.
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience, with a proven track record in operations management or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong time management and decision-making abilities.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve KPIs and organizational goals.
Proficiency in English and Malay (spoken and written).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various levels of management.
