Job Description
Lean Manufacturing:Promoted and implemented Lean Manufacturing principles and tools across the plant.
Cost Improvement:Led and executed Cost Improvement Programs (CIPs) to meet timeline and savings targets.
Continuous Improvement:Facilitated Lean, IE, and Six Sigma initiatives using various tools and methods.
Value Improvement:Identified and led projects to eliminate waste and improve plant performance.
Collaboration:Worked with stakeholders to identify and implement CI programs across multiple value streams.
Overcoming Barriers:Collaborated with departments to address challenges and ensure successful implementation.
Training and Mentorship:Delivered CI training and mentored others in Continuous Improvement.
Reporting and Communication:Prepared reports, attended meetings, and ensured effective communication.
Monitoring and Control:Monitored programs, identified issues, and resolved them.
Benchmarking:Shared best practices across APAC sites for replication.
Safety and Health:Ensured compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A minimum of 10+ years' experience in a Lean or Continuous Improvement role in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 5+ years in managing people and lean projects.
Good track record of leading and delivering improvement projects in a team and manufacturing environment as plant Lean / CI leader.
Lean Six Sigma experience and certifications along with large-scale automation experience is a plus (Lean Expert or Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or above).
