Operational Intern, Digital Transformation & Change Management

Details of the offer

Client Demo Support:


-Set up demonstration accounts for potential clients as part of the sales pitch process.


-Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure demo environments are tailored to client needs.
Onboarding Support:


-Configure and prepare client accounts for platform use after onboarding is completed.


-Assist in troubleshooting and ensuring the client's platform setup is fully functional and ready for use.
System Management:


-Maintain a log of demo and live accounts, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates.


-Liaise with the technical team to manage and resolve setup-related issues.

-Basic understanding of digital platforms and SaaS environments.


-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple setups simultaneously.


-Good communication skills, both verbal and written.


-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


-Basic understanding of CRM tools or other client management systems is a plus.
