Job DescriptionSet up demonstration accounts for potential clients as part of the sales pitch process.
Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure demo environments are tailored to client needs.
Onboarding Support:
Configure and prepare client accounts for platform use after onboarding is completed.
Assist in troubleshooting and ensuring the client's platform setup is fully functional and ready for use.
System Management:
Maintain a log of demo and live accounts, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates.
Liaise with the technical team to manage and resolve setup-related issues.
Job RequirementsBasic understanding of digital platforms and SaaS environments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple setups simultaneously.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of CRM tools or other client management systems is a plus.
