Details of the offer

1. Support customers enquiries directly to ensure the matter being address (Good empathy skill which able to understand customer and address their concern)
2. Highlights to customer about our subscription benefits of the solution to existing customers (e-learning will be provided to understand about solution)
3. Keep customer's awareness of the renewal period (customer aware before the expiry date of subsription)
4. Update Customer Database (CRM Assets Management)
5. Compile customer feedback for further improvement on our services.

-Diploma or Degree in any courses


-Proficient in English


-Chinese Language will be added advantages


-Internship periods start from November or December


-Training Provided


-May transfer to permanent based on performance level
