Job DescriptionCoordinate daily operational activities with team members and stakeholders.
Manage warehouse operations including inbound and outbound shipments, sorting, repacking, labeling, and maintenance tasks.
Perform pickup and delivery tasks as needed.
Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve product or service-related issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide guidance and recommendations in selecting the right products or services based on client needs, as well as technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Handle escalations and adhere to company policies.
What you'll need:Diploma or degree preferred.
Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics or customer service is advantageous but not compulsory.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Competent in both English and Malay languages. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
Able to work in Klang.
