Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination of manufacturing operations and production schedules.
Monitor inventory levels, ensuring the timely procurement of materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, shipments, and inventory.
Support the preparation and analysis of production reports and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide support to the manufacturing team.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, quality control, production, warehouse) to optimize processes.
Assist in the training of new staff and cross-functional team support.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the operations area.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Certificate/STPM/SPM graduate and/or equivalent experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing, operations, warehouse or production role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
Knowledge of safety procedures and quality control standards.
Working Conditions:
This role requires being based in Meru plant.
Manufacturing of recycling plastic environment.
