Work closely with the Head of Operations. Assist the team with customer engagement and supports.  Liaise with bus operators to identify route planning, schedule and pricing.  Liaise with other internal divisions to communicate the issues faced by the operators and feedback provided to design better products and services.
Requirements Competent with word processing, spreadsheets and internet tools & technologies. Highly motivated and driven. Data-driven, strong analytical skills are essential. Flexibility, quick-thinking and able to think beyond a standard script.  Proactive, curious and self-learning attitude. Maintain a high standard of ethics and professionalism. Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
