Job description:Maxis Berhad is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as an Operations Associate in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, no years of experience are required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in operations.

Responsibilities:- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth running of the business- Input and maintain data in various systems and databases- Communicate with different departments to coordinate operational activities- Analyze data and prepare reports for management- Participate in strategic initiatives to drive business growth- Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions- Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets
