Operations Associate

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at Nestlé Malaysia, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our facility. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for an independent and adaptable individual who possesses strong people management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Assist in coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed- Assist in managing and training staff members- Maintain accurate records and documentation- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions as directed- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operations role- Independent and adaptable personality traits- Strong people management skills- Attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
