Operations Associate

Job Description:

As an Operations Associate at British American Tobacco Malaysia in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is dedicated, resourceful, and looking to kickstart their career in the fast-paced world of operations.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the coordination and execution of all operational activities- Support the supply chain team in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating deliveries- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency- Assist in data analysis and reporting to track key performance indicators- Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the business

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment- Persuasive in your approach to problem-solving and decision-making- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills- No prior experience required, but a passion for operations and a willingness to learn- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
