Job Description:
Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Associate to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and grow within our organization.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the airline, including coordinating flight schedules, managing crew assignments, and ensuring on-time departures.- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices to improve operational efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects to enhance the overall customer experience.- Support senior management in strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress towards operational goals.- Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.- Experience with project management tools is a plus.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Must be detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills.
