Operations Associate

Job Description:YTL Corporation Berhad, a leading Malaysian conglomerate with diverse businesses in utilities, construction, property development, and more, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required- Assist in project management and implementation, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved- Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making processes

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related role- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Proven experience in project management and problem-solving- Adaptable and confident personality traits- Strong planning and presentation skills
