Are you a versatile professional with a knack for quality management, logistics, inside sales, and administration? Look no further! We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.
As our Operations Coordinator, you'll wear many hats, overseeing a diverse range of responsibilities including quality management, logistics coordination, inside sales support, and administrative tasks. From ensuring process quality standards are met to facilitating smooth logistics operations, from engaging with clients to supporting internal sales efforts, and from managing administrative tasks to optimizing operational processes – this role offers a stimulating blend of challenges and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities: Implement and maintain quality management processes to uphold product/service standards.Coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, shipping, and distribution.Provide support to the inside sales team, assisting with client inquiries, order processing, and sales documentation.Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, scheduling, and office organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Proven experience in quality management, logistics coordination, inside sales, and administrative roles.Candidates must have prior experience in logistics as a key requirement for this position.Preferred if have familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant ISO standards and experience in implementing quality management systemsStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP system preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
