Job descriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for setting up appointments with customers to complete their loan documentation and disburse funds. They will also handle all customer inquiries during the application journey to ensure a positive customer experience. Job Role: Handle customer inquiries from potential customers regarding loan applications and manage the process all the way to loan closingContact customers to set appointment and maintain the online appointment bookings calendar to ensure that customers have a positive experience with their bookingsCollect and prepare documents for closing a loan, coordinate the process, with the sales, credit and operations teamReview customer application and documentation to check for errors after and when necessary, take action to correct those errorsPrepare the loan agreements in the system and have them ready for customers to signPrepare the loan stamping, notarization and mailing of customer loan copy within the regulatory guidelinesDuring customer appointments obtain all missing information and evaluate all documents for accuracy and assist eliminate all fraud and resolve all discrepanciesProvide assistance to all existing and new clients and assist to resolve all issues via various channelsAnswer phone calls from existing and potential customers and develop leads for tele sales teams including doing the verification for customer leadsBuild meaningful relationships with our customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, providing first contact resolution and negotiating a positive outcome for the customer and instaDuitMeet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targetsNavigate computer systems and applications to service our customers, and enable them to get the most from our customer experience directly and online/mobile platforms.Preferred Skills: Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma or DegreePrior experience in similar customer facing operations role in financial institutions preferably banking or insurance or hospitality industriesGood communication skill in writing and speaking (Malay and English)Two (2) years of customer service experience in related fields is highly preferredDemonstrate personal excellence by remaining positive in difficult situationsDisplay a passion to serve by delivering outstanding service in every interaction with our customersThe ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as multitask, using multiple systems and digital tools to service our customersStrong interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skillsStrong PC skills and experience with CRM or CSS systems like Zendesk, Salesforce etcWilling to fulfill 45 hours working per week including Saturday (half-day)Job Type: Full-time
