Operations Director
Oversee the operations of the Company with the efficient and profitable operation of our manufacturing plant's performance responsibilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality products at the lowest possible cost, continuous growth, and improvement of all areas of manufacturing factors of production, delivering exceptional customer service and driving organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the company's manufacturing operations, including production, engineering, quality control and customer service.
Developing and implementing strategies to optimize plant operations and improve manufacturing efficiencies to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Building, strengthening, and maintaining effective relationships with the customers to ensure their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
Ensuring effective implementation and maintenance of health, safety and environmental management systems.
Ensuring all plant facilities, machinery, and equipment are maintained to a high standard and are continuously improved to meet production targets.
Reviewing and analysing production, quality control and cost data.
Developing and implementing best practices for continuous improvement, including the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs), and the development of measurement systems to monitor plant performance.
Driving innovation in product development, technologies, and processes, and implementing procedures and systems for product quality control, assurance, and improvement.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or related field emphasis in chemical disciplines from an accredited university.
Min 8 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in Blow film Extrusion, Laminator and printing would be preferable.
