Operations Executive, ePension (HK Support)Process ePension transactions such as Registration, Enrolment, Contribution, Investment Instruction, Transfer, Withdrawal, etc.
To perform verification by verifying the accuracy and completeness of data and documents.
Ensure handling of all ePension transactions are in compliance with policies, rules, guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures and Service Level Agreements.
Investigating breaks/exceptions on transactions, including identifying the cause and taking necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancement and system development.
To address inquiries and maintain strong relationships with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Undertake special assignments, projects, and ad-hoc duties required by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holders in Finance/Banking/Investment/Mathematics/Statistics/IT or any related courses.
Working experience in operations is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to perform well in a high-pressure environment against tight timelines.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking internal or external parties.
Willing to work on Malaysia Public Holiday.
5.5-Day Work Week: Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturday (half day).
100% work in office.
