Operations Executive

-Plan, execute and deliver customer's orders as per customer's requirements.


-Ensure inventory management is accurate.


-Execute operations processes by determining product packing, handling and storage requirements to ensure continuous product supply.


-Manage customer's enquiries and warranty claims and set customer-service standards according to company policies.


-Ensure timely payment by customers as per company policies.


-Contribute operations information and recommendations to management for sales forecasting, import/export planning and production management.


-Analyze operations process workflow for efficiency and effectiveness and continuous improvement

; Requirements:-


-Experience in executing customer's orders, inventory management and shipment
delivery


-Experience in multiple departments' various concepts and ways of working, practices and procedures.


-Minimum diploma in any field
