Operations Executive

-Plan and organize daily schedule to ensure the task able to be perform deliveries and services;


-Liaison between Drivers, Customers and sales team;


-Have the ability to maintain Trace2 system accuracy and daily service log;


-Resolve and actively communicate with Drivers in a satisfactory and timely manner of any system issues as they occur;


-Lead continuous improvement of his/her perimeter;


-Perform site visit included outstation;


-Perform Depot visitation (Pengerang, Taiping, Kemaman and etc) to provide support and guidance to Drivers and dispatch team;


-Work with Operation Manager and IT Department to provide solutions for more effective and efficient schedule output;


-Jointly coordinates with Dispatch team to resolve problem and improve quality of service schedule; Optimize routes, manages and determines route actions and assuring route completion;


-To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation;


-Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;

; Requirements:-


-Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related fields.


-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in scheduling, operations, or logistics roles.


-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


-Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.


-Familiarity with industry standards, including safety and compliance regulations

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm ( For Saturday : 8.30 am - 12.00 pm)
