Operations Executive

The key Job Scopes for our Operation Executive role are:
Work together with the Business Development team to plan and execute the implementation process for communities.
Lead system implementation by providing supporting documentation and on-site system installation.
Review and streamline the implementation process of the product.
Coordinate and conduct training with clients regarding the system, participate in community events and campaigns, and provide on-site support.
Engage with clients constantly and maintain good relationships with them.
Report technical issues to the tech team, follow up internally, and constantly update clients on the issue's status.
Attend committee meetings on-site to provide insights on the system's usage and recommendations of best practices.
Ensure the internal database is maintained and updated regularly.
Promote JaGaSolution suite of products and services to existing clients.
Any additional tasks assigned must align with the company's direction.
Job Requirements0 – 2 years of working experience (fresh graduates with a self-motivated 'hustle' mentality are welcome to apply).
Tertiary education qualification.
Independently self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable with a start-up working environment and mentality.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and/or Google Slides is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Energetic, willing to learn, with a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in multiple languages – English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
