Operations Executive (Kuantan)

Mining - Operations (Mining, Resources & Energy)
• Assists Operations Manager in coordinating daily activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Supervise Samplers in their work at the port and other designated locations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with various teams to coordinate sampling schedules and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of sampling activities and results.
• Identify and promptly resolve any issues related to sampling or operations, reporting them to the Operations Manager as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in logistics, sampling, or a related industry.
• At least an SPM or Diploma in a related field (e.g., Operations Management or Logistics).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kuantan and to travel as needed.
• Own transport required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
