Operations Executive / Senior Operations Officer (Air Freight)Responsible for Airfreight operation activities located in Penang
Managing day to day Airfreight operations arrangements including documentation, custom clearance and submission / pulling cargo
Involves in overseeing freight operations management, cost estimating within operations
Responding to email, serving as the primary liaison with customer service staff on the delivery of cost-effective operations
Committed to meeting current and future expectations and requirements of customer, resolving customer issues that arise, and utilizing analytical skills for effective decision-making
Involve communication with internal staff to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods by air
Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to operational duties as and when required
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Logistic or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field in same capacity is required for this position
Strong freight operations management knowledge in import and export
Knowledge of airfreight logistics and supply chain management
Willing to learn and committed to work assigned & self-discipline
Interpersonal skills and Communication skills – must be able to communicate across all functions and level

Required skill(s): MS Office & Computer literature
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
