Purpose of the role TEAM LEWIS is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our pioneering client services operations team in an innovative new role within the organisation.

The Operations Executive is a media monitoring role that also provides administrative support to wider Client Servicing teams across the TEAM LEWIS network.
The role requires the ability to handle a number of tasks and projects at any one time, working to deadlines and proactively pursuing activity across international time zones.
The Operations Executive will develop a clear understanding of the team's requirements and objectives, be proactive in attitude and supportive to the team at all times.
Key responsibilities and tasks Conducting daily news scans to provide timely and relevant updates to our team and key stakeholders.
Be across agendas and ensure proactive update on work and priorities.
Keeping abreast of the evolving media landscape in relevant markets by identifying new journalists, publications, bloggers, analysts, and emerging trends.
Using media monitoring platforms to track client presence and reputation.
Performing competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the market for TEAM LEWIS and clients Developing press kits and other promotional materials to support media relations efforts.
Generating client reports that showcase our performance and impact, in alignment with commercial and contractual obligations.
Accurate timekeeping and rigorous timesheet completion.
Support in ensuring all other client teams accurate timesheet is completed by rest of account team.
Conducting research and coordinating efforts to support new business initiatives and marketing projects.

This could include areas of public relations, digital marketing services, social media, analytics, or creative.
Any work experience in the marketing or communications agency would be helpful.
