Operations Intern (On-Site)

Responsibilities:



-Route and email orders to chefs


-Distribute tasks to runners and caterers


-Pack orders and maintain operations equipment organization


-Coordinate operations calls, ensuring drivers and chefs handle orders smoothly


-Assit the person in charge (PIC) for caterings, primarily large-scale corporate events and weddings

-Proficient in English and Malay


-Able to work early mornings and late nights to support packing and catering preparations


-Comfortable using Excel sheets for order tracking and organization


-Eager to learn, work hard, and collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations


-Minimum internship duration of 2-3 months
