Operations Internship

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our team in coordinating training programs. The Operations Intern will assist with venue bookings, logistics, and related operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and has strong communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities:



-Coordination:



-Assist in communicating with Operations and Sales teams to understand training needs and schedules.


-Help coordinate with external vendors and venues for training sessions.



-Venue Management:



-Support in researching and booking suitable venues for training sessions.


-Help ensure venues are set up with necessary equipment and seating arrangements.



-Logistics:



-Assist in preparing and organizing training materials and equipment.


-Help ensure smooth operations during training events, addressing any issues quickly.



-Documentation:



-Maintain records of training arrangements and venue contracts.


-Help compile feedback from training sessions to improve future events.



-Budget Support:



-Assist in tracking expenses related to training operations.


-Support in securing cost-effective services while maintaining quality.

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.


-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.


-Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.


-Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


-Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
