Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Support:Handle pick-up and delivery of materials, products, and supplies between Riinse locations, vendors, and retail partners.
Event Assistance:Provide on-site support during events, pop-ups, or marketing activations (e.g., setting up booths, distributing materials, liaising with event staff).
Inventory Management:Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and organizing warehouse/storage spaces.
Customer Service:Deliver products to customers or handle returns, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Administrative Tasks:Help with basic office or operational duties as assigned, such as filing paperwork, maintaining records, or assisting in order processing.
On-Demand Errands:Fulfill ad hoc requests for urgent tasks, such as sourcing supplies or responding to time-sensitive needs.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and own car.
Able to carry and move moderately heavy items (up to 10kg) as needed (e.g., product boxes or event materials).
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to different tasks and environments.
