Operations & Logistics Coordinator (Shipping Industry - Containers Monitoring)Liaise with stakeholders regardingvessel berthing/planning and operations issues.
Update Container Movement report.
Declaration ofimport status listin port system.
To submitoperation Container Booking Forecast (CBF)/final loading list& manifest form on time.
Timely submission ofTDR report .
Liaise with port, depot & haulage for container movement issue.
Arrange ITT Shipment with portsandregister SCNin port system.
Ensure container in good condition, liaise with depot for maintenance & repair.
Perform any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess aDegreein Shipping, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Management.
At least2 years experiencein the equipment department of a shipping company.
Detail-oriented with good analytical skills and meticulous.
Language:Mandarin , English, and Bahasa Malaysia, to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
