Operations Manager Cum Bo Chargeman 11Kv

Ensuring day to day operations of IOI Mall Kulai are running smoothly and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Oversee overall management, planning, systems, and controls of Building Services, Car Park, Housekeeping & Landscape, Security, and Safety Department.
Responsible for drawing up & proposing the operations annual plan and operation department's budget and working within the budget programs and approved limits.
Assist the Complex Manager in periodically reviewing the performance of contractors to ensure all standards are being met and reporting any shortcomings to them.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma / Degree in a related field.
HT Chargeman 11KV Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia
