The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience in hotel operations management and staff supervision
Rooms division background preferred
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Certification in Hotel Management is a plus
