Operations Manager

**Rush Roastery Operations Manager's Job Responsibilities**:- Maintain a profitable and reputable outlets, execute product & sales promotion, draft/arrange staff schedule, and educating all staff members on all products & services.- Maintain efficient and smooth operation and work environment.- Documenting & completing the shift reports.- Deliver a consistent quality product.- Maintain a comfortable, conducive outlet.- Perform a daily inventory of baked offs and daily items to ensure that a par stock is maintained.- Properly opening and closing the outlets as well as handling and taking over shifts.- Verify and submit staff attendance in a timely manner.- Retain and groom staff.- Maintain a comfortable & conducive outlet.- Provide a warm and inviting environment in which our customers can enjoy their world-class coffee or tea.- Maintain the highest standards of products of the Rush Roastery stands for.- Develop and motivate the employees- Create an environment conducive to attaining monthly sales targets.- Meet and exceed sales targets and surpass customer's expectations on each occasion.- Bank In sales money for all outlets on daily basis.- Degree holders without any coffee knowledge are encouraged to apply.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal providedSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- Performance bonus
