We are seeking a proactive and hands-onOperations Managerto lead our company's operations and be responsible for all our customer deliveries.
In this diverse role, you will be responsible for all customer deliveries out of our company in Malaysia, ensuring project requirements, deadlines, and schedules remain on track while also taking charge of the following additional functions:
Key Responsibilities
OperationsResponsible for all customer deliveries out of KD Malaysia
Responsible for service and spare parts in Malaysia
Ensure dealer and reseller compliance with company policies and regulations
Ensure compliance to internal processes and procedures
Responsible for the conduct of dealer training programs for product knowledge, sales, and customer service
Responsible for coordination of service and support teams for efficient customer assistance
Manage inventory for optimal stock levels and implement tracking systems
Provide sales support for pricing, logistics, and cost optimization
Follow up of KPIs
ProjectsResponsible for all project deliveries from KD Malaysia, including, but not limited to, coordination, resource and project plans, risk management, and all other relevant project tasks on time and budget
Identify new client opportunities
Requirements

International experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Mandarin language skills are advantageous

Qualifications
Relevant education in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Management, International Trade and Commerce
Product knowledge is advantageous, but not required
Computer literacy, basic understanding of ERP systems and good knowledge of MS Office products
Previous experience in fishing industry preferred
