Responsible for the Waste Management daily operations Perform daily manpower planning, deployment and management of staff roster Plan, develop, revise and implement new operational procedures Review and implement Productivity and Innovation initiatives Monitor, analyse and implement measures to optimize operational KPI Overall asset management to ensure optimal performance and serviceability with all stakeholders Liaison with customer on operational matters Liaison with Contractors on Vehicle and Equipment Breakdown Drivers Attendance, Leave Planning & Off Planning Recruitment and Orientation for new drivers and crews Inventory management Prepare Monthly Reports - Operational/Incident/Accident/KPIs, etc Monthly Training for Staff Incident/Accident investigation and Reporting Any other duty as assigned Job Requirement Minimum Diploma / Degree in any engineering / environmental certificates Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in a managerial role Posses good interpersonal and communication skills Able to start work within a short period Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
