Job RequirementsRequirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on sales management and achieving sales targets.
Proven track record of successful business expansion and team leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between the operations team and senior management.
Experience in monitoring KPIs and using them to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes.
Proven ability to handle escalations, resolve issues with customers, and implement long-term solutions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead a high-performing team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly competitive.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and the ability to ensure all processes are up-to-date and aligned with company objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
