Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Supervise product, plant and manufacturing engineering projects and initiatives with regard to feasibility, cost, and timeliness.
Review project plans using project management techniques to ensure adherence to sound project management criteria.
Supervise the qualification of new products and raw materials to be incorporated into manufacturing accordingly.
Establish priorities and assign work to appropriate team members, monitor performance, and resolve conflicts among team members.
Define goals and objectives consistent with business strategy by investigating information sources and by working with key individuals.
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
Ensure output meets quality standards.
Participate in annual budget preparation and champion capital expenditures project planning and budgeting.
Monitor capital expenditures to ensure control within budgetary limitations.
Establish and maintain an environment conducive to continuous improvement in manufacturing; recommend alternatives for improving production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.
Job RequirementsRequirements:
University Graduate with Bachelor/College/Intermediate degree/Diploma in Engineering.
5 to 10 years of knowledge in sales experience/production management in the HVAC industry.
Hardworking and possess a positive working attitude.
Ability to identify, analyze, organize, and solve issues and reported problems in a timely and effective manner.
Good time management skills, able to prioritize work to ensure efficiency.
Ability to communicate in English.
