In this role your key responsibilities are: Processing of transfer requests (on and off market) to external brokers and counterparties in a professional order.Administration work in establishing and maintaining client accounts. Process client correspondences including forms, applications and related requests. Adherence to procedures, control guidelines, ASX market regulation and compliance framework.Coordinates with Front Office, internal departments, external brokers & counterparties to ensure that daily work meets organizational standards.Monitor the queries received and provide responses or holding replies within a reasonable timeframe.Proficient in managing daily request from initiation of request to completion.Timely and accurate processing of security transfer request.Corresponds with colleagues & supervisors on issues on a timely basis. Commits to minimum service levels.Other related duties as and when required.
 What we are looking for? Accounting – knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.Service orientation – actively looking for better ways to help customers.Computer skills – knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular a strong working knowledge of Excel.Working in a team environment – ability to interact, communicate and work cohesively with team members, supervisors and other members of the organization.Problem solving – ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, and to arrive at conclusions or approaches to problems.Time management and work under pressure – to prioritize and manage one's own time in accordance with workload and urgency of enquiries.Reconciliation – strong skills in ensuring the proper checks and balances are in place.Attention to detail – ensuring a high level of accuracy and correctness in all work output and correspondences.Work independently – ability to work well without constant direct supervision, exercising judgment when assistance is required.Must have excellent command of English both written and spoken.Great work ethics and a positive attitude.Possible working hours (MYT) 6.00am to 3.00pm7.00am to 4.00pm8.00am to 5.00pmThe ability to work during Malaysia public holidays, you will be compensated with additional off-day for working on Malaysia Public Holidays.
