Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target, quality, yield, output and cost goals;
Manage the performance, motivation, and satisfaction of the production team and processes to ensure key quality, output and efficiency are met;
Do shift production planning and set goals for each insertion based on weekly commitment goals;
Prepare and review daily production reports;
Lead the team in continuous productivity, 5S, discipline, and quality improvement through QCC/SGA team;
Resolve and provide feedback on line abnormal issues appropriately;
Ensure operators comply with specifications and company policies;
Coordinate to hold cross-functional team Tier 2 meetings successfully;
Rate line employees' monthly performance fairly and encourage improvement;
Coach and train line personnel to enhance their performance.
Job Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Language:Good oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience:0-6 years of work experience, including 0-3 years of manufacturing operation expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience or potential in people management, able to supervise Engineering Assistants and Operators.
Independent, resourceful, and takes initiative; able to cooperate with other departments.
Project management skills and familiarity with office tools.
Proficient in report generation and presentation.
Knowledge of statistical process control.
Computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
Possess leadership qualities, with an independent and mature disposition.
