Operations Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

**Responsibility & Requirements**:- Liaison between Drivers, Customers and sales team;- Learn and have the ability to maintain Trace2 system accuracy and daily service log;- Resolve and actively communicate with Drivers in a satisfactory and timely manner of any system issues as they occur;- Effectively schedule deliveries/services schedule and communicating priorities;- Work with Operation Manager and IT Department to provide solutions for more effective and efficient schedule output;- Jointly coordinates with Scheduling team to resolve problem and improve quality of service schedule;- Optimize routes, manages and determines route actions and assuring route completion;- Adhere to all Safety rules and regulations at all times and wear proper PPE while on site;- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;
