You'll assist in resolving problems and ensure our products help to perform and maintain efficiently during operations.
You'll also be required to collaborate with other functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction is fulfilled accordingly.As an Operations Specialist - Oilfield Chemical (Downstream), you will be responsible for:
Preparing company service reporting requirements to customers, i.e., daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Providing on-site field service and assistance towards troubleshooting and value-added services.Providing technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.Working with applied services to design, construct, and install new chemical feed equipment for use at customer sites.Coordinating the installation of new equipment with outside contractors when required.Establishing maintenance schedules and repair procedures and communicating this information to customers and sales/service personnel.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Have at least a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent.Have 2 years of experience in the Downstream Chemical or Petrochemical industry.Have good computer skills and experience with MS Office applications.Have the ability to work and communicate well with people, especially within the customer's community.Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
