Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure plant is running in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.
Ensure products produced meet or exceed customer expectations.
Perform daily plant walkabout, employing look, listen, and feel (LLF) methodology, to identify potential issues.
Adjust and regulate process parameters to achieve optimum running conditions.
Analyze and react to warning alarms.
Identify and inform abnormal operation conditions to immediate superior.
Take appropriate actions to bring the plant back to its normal operating conditions.
Perform routine operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Perform equipment start-up/shutdowns.
Record plant operating parameters and activities; generate operation reports.
Coordinate with the customer operations team for day-to-day production-related matters.
Monitor stock levels and order replenishment matters.
Perform plant and equipment maintenance with support from the maintenance team and external contractors/suppliers.
Ensure all compliance and legal requirements for ISO and FSSC are in place.
General housekeeping of the site.
Coordinate with 3rd party logistics partner for shipment delivery to the site.
Undertake other related jobs as directed by immediate superior from time to time.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year working experience in operations, related engineering, or similar field.
Ability to identify process/machine/equipment defects through visual inspection.
Ability to explain problems arising simply and clearly.
Possess basic equipment maintenance skills.
Fast learner and adhere to required systems and processes.
