Operations Technician (Plumber)is responsible for the day-to-day plumbing operations throughout the mall. Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure all areas are maintained on a daily basis:
Repair and maintenance of plumbing works throughout the mall.
Organising and liaising with contractors for larger scale plumbing repair and maintenance works.
Ensuring customer and retailer safety.
Day-to-day retailer satisfaction with the facility:
Acting as a frontline contact point for retailer queries and complaints on plumbing issues.
Assisting with maintaining security and access procedures for retailers.
Day-to-day customer satisfaction with the facility:
Ensuring the Centre's daily cleanliness, appearance, and safety.
Assisting with emergency procedures as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installation required for this role.
Must be a good team player with problem-solving efficiency and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate.
Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships at all levels.
Proactive, independent, team player, organised, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment.
Able to work rotating shifts 24x7 (based on their roster), weekends, and Public Holidays.
