Operator Hard Anodizing (Surface Treatment)

**Requirements**:- Previous experience in hard anodizing or similar electrochemical surface treatment processes is preferred.- Proficiency in operating anodizing equipment and familiarity with related tools and machinery.- Understanding of chemical handling procedures, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.**Education and Certifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent required.- Additional certifications or training in surface treatment processes, electroplating, or related fields is advantageous.**As an Operator specializing in Hard Anodizing within our Surface Treatment Division, you will be responsible for executing and overseeing the hard anodizing process on metal parts, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the treated products.**- Operate hard anodizing equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.- Prepare metal parts for the anodizing process, including cleaning, masking, and quality inspection to ensure adherence to specifications.- Handle anodizing chemicals and solutions safely and accurately, following proper protocols for mixing, monitoring concentrations, and disposal.- Monitor process parameters, such as voltage, current, and temperature, to maintain quality standards and achieve desired coating thickness and properties.- Identify and address issues or deviations during the anodizing process, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and perform corrective actions.- Maintain accurate records of process parameters, inspection results, chemical usage, and any deviations encountered during the process.- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations related to chemical handling, waste disposal, and workplace safety.- Coordinate with other team members, engineers, and quality control personnel to optimize processes and address any quality or efficiency concerns.**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- Night shift
