About the roleWe're looking for a Forman Motor to join our team at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time position is a crucial role within our Insurance & Superannuation Assessment department, where you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our motor insurance assessment processes.
What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating a team of assessors to ensure timely and accurate evaluations of motor insurance claims
Reviewing assessments and reports to maintain high standards of quality and consistency
Liaising with clients, insurers and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues
Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Monitoring team performance, providing feedback and coaching to support the professional development of assessors
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and company policies
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in the motor insurance assessment industry, with a proven track record of successful team management
Strong technical knowledge of motor vehicle assessment and repair processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, insurers and team members
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex claims and address issues
Proficient in using relevant assessment software and technology
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
