Check with Shift Leader and Supervisor on the production plan. Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders. Makes sure that workstation is clean and sanitized. Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. Ensure that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition. Carry-out weighing process according formulation. Conducting periodic checks on quality and output efficiency. Maintain productivity according sets KPIs. Collect samples for QC test. Manually handling and transfer to next workstation. Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality. Ensure the premises and equipment are kept in a clean and sanitary condition. Record all production activities in forms. Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation. Maintain good housekeeping and safety in the work place. Carry-on packing activities as per plan.
